Welcome to The Capon Tree Town House located on Jedburgh High Street in the Scottish borders, we are a luxury Restaurant with B&B facilities, if your looking for an intimate fine dining experience, The Capon Tree Town House’s bistro has been named the UK’s French restaurant of the year at the Travel and Hospitality Awards 2018.

We have been awarded an Automobile Association rosette and a four-star silver award in the AA’s latest guide and we take great pride in provided an exceptional customer experience and really high level of customer service.

We also featured in Lux Life Magazine as The Most Intimate Dining Experience in the Scottish Borders.

We also serve classic cocktails, premium spirits, and fine wines and have something to suit all tastes and palette, we serve classic French cuisine, Scottish produce and locally grown vegetables when available, come and enjoy 5 courses matched with wine at The Capon Tree.

We have a trained Sommelier wine steward to expertly pair a wine to complement the food from the kitchen.
